30-Day Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
1-Year Tarnish Warranty
All Buya jewelry is water and tarnish resistant. We proudly offer a 1-year warranty against unusual tarnishing from the date of purchase.
If your piece experiences tarnishing within one year:

• Include your order number and clear photos
If approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item or store credit.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or accidental damage
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items
